Bill Erickson is vice chairman emeritus and executive vice president of Kenexa. He served as vice chairman of the board from 1997 to 2007. Mr. Erickson has more than 25 years of experience in employee survey research, leadership consulting and development and employee assessment. His groundbreaking thought leadership in employee engagement research and talent assessment and development has played an important role in Kenexa’s success and in the progress of many of his client companies. Erickson was the chief executive officer of Human Resource Innovations, Inc., before it was acquired by Kenexa in 1997, and also spent 15 years with The Gallup Organization as a senior executive.
Mr. Erickson has published numerous articles and is a highly sought after speaker and presenter. He was recently named one of the top 10 speakers from all conferences conducted by the Society for Human Resource Management.
