Dr. Hayes is a senior consultant for Kenexa’s survey team. He holds degrees in Business Administration, Accounting, and Psychology, including a doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. His early career was working as a senior external financial auditor and later moving into his role as an organizational development consultant. His consulting experience includes mergers and acquisitions, cultural assessment and employee engagement, diversity management, large scale organizational change, group facilitation and team building, communications, executive coaching and leadership development, and employee selection. He has experience working with clients from a variety of industries including mortgage, insurance, telecommunication, high-tech, construction, retail, food service, finance, manufacturing, government, university, health care, and real estate. Dr. Hayes has publications and conference presentations in the areas of employee engagement, justice, diversity, discrimination, and individual performance. He is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Academy of Management, and American Psychological Association. Dr. Hayes also teaches graduate courses in organizational behavior and human resource management.
