Esther Heinz, Ph.D., is a project manager for Kenexa’s Global Survey Practice. Dr. Heinz conducts research that is focused on decision making, especially in critical situations, and has extensive experience conducting audits with senior managers and leading focus groups and team building trainings. She applies this knowledge to the international projects she manages, including Deutsche Post and DSM. Dr. Heinz has also conducted research in a laboratory setting to analyze the underlying causes of decision making and has worked with senior management to verify the results used in actual decision making.
Heinz holds a Doctorate degree in social sciences from the University of Hamburg and a degree in psychology from the University of Mannheim.
