Hope Hanner-Bailey has been working as a survey intern with Kenexa for over two years. She is a Ph.D. candidate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. She also holds a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology. Her main areas of interest include competency modeling, survey development, analysis, and action planning.
