Kyle Lundby, Ph.D., is a lead consultant working across the Asia Pacific Region. Dr. Lundby consults with a number of existing Kenexa clients, as well as supporting new clients within the region. With more than 15 years experience consulting with global firms in the public and private sectors, his work includes stakeholder measurement through employee, customer, and 360-degree feedback surveys, as well as human capital assessment. Dr. Lundby has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, healthcare (products and services), consumer packaged goods, retail, and utility/energy.
In addition to being a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, he is the author of numerous publications and presentations. Dr. Lundby holds a Ph.D. in organizational psychology from the University of Tennessee.
