Leo Brajkovich, Ph.D., is an executive consultant and provides survey and OD consulting services. He is responsible for developing innovative products that will further Kenexa’s mission to help clients drive business performance through strategic stakeholder measurement. Dr. Brajkovich has more than 18 years of experience, consulting in both the public and private sector and spanning a variety of industries including high tech, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, automotive, telecommunications, consumer products and financial services.
Dr. Brajkovich is a frequent speaker and has authored numerous publications and presentations on the effective application of employee and customer research to leadership and organizational development and change efforts. He is on the Executive Advisory Panel of the Academy of Management Executives, and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Dr. Brajkovich is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPUR) by the Society for Human Resources Management and earned his Ph.D. in social science from the University of California, Irvine.
