Lisa M. Germano, M.S., is a consultant for Kenexa’s Global Survey Practice. Ms. Germano has extensive experience in organizational development, specializing in survey design, employee engagement, exit interviews and coaching. She has applied her knowledge, insight and expertise to many companies and organizations on a global scale. Her research interests include mentoring, telework, work-life balance, job stress and the experiences of women and minorities in the workplace.
Ms. Germano is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the Academy of Management and the American Psychological Association. She holds a Master of Science degree in psychology and is currently a Doctoral candidate in industrial and organizational psychology at Old Dominion University.
