Margaret Macafee, M.Sc., MRSH, a business psychologist, serves as a managing consultant at Kenexa. She specializes in organizational development and advises organizations on all aspects of the employee life cycle. Before joining Kenexa, Ms. Macafee was a solutions consultant for Bernard Hodes Group, where she performed employee surveys, recruitment process audits and exit interview research, designed selection processes for graduate recruitment campaigns and provided psychometric profiling for senior level appointments. She has also worked in academia, where she investigated work-related stress in hospital-based doctors for the British Medical Association, and held corporate OD roles with Barclaycard and Allied Domecq Retailing.
Ms. Macafee has presented at many professional conferences and written articles for several professional journals. She is a member of the British Psychological Society, the European Network of Positive Psychology and a Principal Member of the Association of Business Psychologists. She holds a Master of Science degree in occupational psychology from the University of Nottingham.
