Nancy DeLay, Ph.D., has deep expertise in the areas of organizational development, international survey, change management, performance management, socialization and onboarding, competency model development, and career pathing, as well as being a thought leader in the Telework space. In addition to her experience with Kenexa, her internal and external consulting career has included employers such as Organizational Psychologists, Andersen Worldwide and Eli Lilly and Company. Her client work and consulting experience has included organizations such as Sun Microsystems, The World Bank, PricewaterhouseCooper, Eaton Corporation, Motorola and Wachovia.
Dr. DeLay is a regular presenter at the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology, as well as the International Telework Association and Council. She earned a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees in clinical psychology from the University of Illinois, and a doctorate degree in industrial/organizational psychology from Illinois Institute of Technology.
