Richard Alberg serves as Senior Vice President and manages Kenexa's European Assessment Practice. As a recruitment and retention specialist, he has been closely involved in the design and development of a broad range of innovative psychometric assessment tools. Mr. Alberg was the founder of PSL and through acquisition, joined Kenexa in November 2006. Personnel Today chose him as one of HR's "21 Rising Stars" in the UK and in March 2007, he was the recipient of the Onrec Personality of the Year Award.
Mr. Alberg is a frequent industry commentator and has contributed to radio and television programs, national newspapers and the human resources trade press on testing and assessment. He has presented at conferences throughout the world and is a guest expert on a series of training videos.
