Kenexa’s Chairman and CEO, Nooruddin (Rudy) Karsan, co-founded Kenexa in 1987. Since that time, Kenexa has grown organically and through strategic acquisitions, with clients numbering among the largest and most prominent companies in the world. By his own admission, Karsan has never ceased his quest for learning through his many experiences and his blog “Rudy’s Reflections” is his personal platform for sharing his observations.
Professionally, Karsan continually aims high, striving to make Kenexa a billion dollar organization by 2015 in its role as a global entity that makes a difference to humans and impacts the way the business world operates. Publicly recognized for his entrepreneurial achievements, he has also held a number of leadership roles in the community, including Chairman of Junior Achievement’s board of directors in the Delaware Valley, and President of the Aga Khan Northeast Council for USA. In his personal life, Karsan has been married for more than 25 years and has two children. He unreservedly considers his family to be his greatest achievement in life.
