Russell Deathridge is a Consultant for the Kenexa Leadership division, specializing in training, management and strategic leadership development. He has served as training director of a global consultancy, where he led a unit of 10 trainers and delivered solutions from the UK to the U.S., South Africa and Shanghai. He provided senior leader development programs for clients such as GSK, Network Rail, Pearson and Barclays Africa. His expertise also includes communication and presentation skills, personal coaching, strategic organizational coaching programs, training and operational audit and re-engineering rollout, team building and team growth initiatives.
Mr. Deathridge has delivered accredited leadership programs for The Open University, Institute of Direct Marketing and the Business and Technology Education Council (BTEC). He possesses strong hands-on grounding in management and training, which he accomplishes by identifying high impact solutions to increase employee capability and improve customer experience so organizational potential can be unlocked. Mr. Deathridge holds a bachelor’s degree with honors, an Institute of Direct Marketing Certificate in Contact Centre Management, and a certificate from the BTEC in Contact Centre Leadership and Strategic Development. He is a member of the Direct Marketing Association Contact Centre Council.
