Saqib Saddiq, M.S.

Saqib Saddiq, M.S., serves as a managing consultant at Kenexa, specializing
in employee assessment, the development of psychometric tools and the
implementation of online assessment systems. Mr. Saddiq has applied his
extensive consulting experience to produce customized solutions for clients such
as HSBC, UBS, Boots, Quintiles and numerous international SHL subsidiaries.
Prior to Kenexa, Mr. Saddiq served as an organizational consultant for a large
pharmaceutical-based company, where he conducted stress research and job
analysis and made recommendations based upon his assessment of employee
satisfaction and well-being in the work place. Mr. Saddiq also worked for
SHL group, where he contributed to the validation of the company’s Universal
Competency Framework (UCF), and then served as a psychometrician, managing
international projects and statistically signing-off new products.

Mr. Saddiq is an expert in statistical techniques, including Item Response Theory.
He has presented at the BPS (British Psychological Society) annual conference
and his work has received considerable coverage by the media. He is level A and B
trained, and is a member of the British Psychological Society. Mr. Saddiq holds a
Master of Science degree in organizational psychology and a Bachelor of Science
in psychology from Royal Holloway University of London.
