Scott M. Brooks, Ph.D., is the San Francisco practice leader at Kenexa and assists clients to understand and act on the views of employees and customers. Much of his consulting and research work focuses on leveraging linkages between employee surveys, employee turnover, customer satisfaction, and business results. This involves creating HR Metrics, Balanced Scorecard tools, and other frameworks to help clients utilize strategic input from surveys. With more than 15 years of organizational survey experience, he has served as executive consultant for clients as diverse as Limited Brands, Kaiser Permanente, MGM Mirage, Ticketmaster and Wells Fargo.
Dr. Brooks has authored numerous presentations and publications based upon linkage research, surveys in general, and other job attitude and measurement topics. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University and a Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology from The Ohio State University.
