Sean Keeley, M.A., Dip Man Sc, C Psychol, C Sci, serves as the director of psychometrics for Kenexa’s Global Assessment Division. He has worked on assessment and selection projects for a wide range of clients including Boots, McDonald’s, UBS, Royal Bank of Scotland, Learning & Skills Council, HMRC, the National Health Service, the Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services, Superdrug, British Gas and National Car Parks. Prior to Kenexa, Mr. Keeley served for more than one decade as the head of psychometrics at PSL, which was acquired by Kenexa in 2006. He has also worked at the UK Government’s Cabinent Office, responsible for the development and monitoring of the Fast Stream Recruitment tests and the recruitmnet of specialist staff.
Mr. Keeley is a regular contributor at I/O psychology conferences and has recently co-authored two books on psychometric test taking. He is a member of the British Psychological Society, an International Affiliate member of the American Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, a Chartered Psychologist and a Chartered Scientist.
