Sean Mills is a consultant at Kenexa with over 10 years of experience developing management and leadership skills of individuals and teams.
Mr. Mills’ previous roles have been based in the UK, Europe and the U.S. where he gained experience within both blue-chip multi-nationals and central and local government. Prior to joining Kenexa, he was a senior consultant for a specialist training and development company working closely with clients in the energy, telecommunications, defence and property management sectors.
Mr. Mills is particularly focused on working with clients to identify the link between business benefits and training and development interventions, to enable them to pinpoint demonstrable evidence of success.
Mr. Mills writes regularly for HR and leadership titles, including articles for Grapevine magazine. He is a member of the Institute of Management Consultancy, Chartered Institute of Marketing, Market Research Society and Institute of Direct Marketing.
