About the Authors

Tiffany M. Greene-Shortridge, M.A., is a research associate for the selection and assessment department at Kenexa. Her research interests include the determinants and consequences of positive organizational behavior, the influence of individual differences on person-environment fit, and organizational health. She is currently working on her dissertation that centers on the influence of various fit indices on positive psychological states, and ultimately employee performance and retention.

Mrs. Greene-Shortridge is a member of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the American Psychological Association, and the Southeastern Psychological Association. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Bowling Green State University and a Master of Arts in applied psychology from Clemson University.

Lisa Wager, M.S., is a consultant at Kenexa. Her expertise is in the areas of employee selection and assessment, executive coaching and mentoring, conflict planning. She has experience working in various industries including retail, media, finance, food service, education, health care, and telecommunications. With a strong understanding of individual dynamics coupled with a comprehensive knowledge of research and methodology used in predicting success on the job, she has great insight about potential
employee success and development.

Mrs. Wager is currently a member of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the American Psychological Association, and the Society of Human Resource Management. She is actively involved in research pertaining to human behavior in organizations, with conference presentations on individual differences in relation to decision making, problem solving, and employee job performance. She holds a Master of Science degree in industrial and organizational psychology.
