Tim L. Geisert is a Kenexa principal and serves as the vice president of employment branding. Mr. Geisert specializing in helping organizations clearly articulate their cultural brand through a proprietary strategic brand planning process. He has previously held executive positions at Bailey Lauerman and The Martin Agency. Mr. Geisert has taught communications research and strategy as an adjunct professor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Mr. Geisert graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and formerly served on the board of directors for the Lincoln Children Zoo and the Strategic Air and Space Museum in Omaha.
