Xenia Bendit, M.A., is an account director and research consultant at Kenexa. With expertise in areas such as international employee survey research and program management, linkage research, organizational development and cross-cultural research, she has been professionally involved in the field of organizational research and consulting for more than 12 years. Prior to Kenexa her career spanned the fields of market research (NOP), customer satisfaction research (Tarp Europe) and compensation, benefits, total remuneration research and consulting (Hay Group). Ms Bendit has managed national and global employee research programs for clients such as Unilever, Philips Electronics, Centrica and Sodexho and has been involved as a Research Consultant supporting clients such as Brambles, AP Mueller Maersk, KPMG, MBNA, GlaxoSmithKline and Currys Group.
Ms Bendit holds a 1st Class Psychology degree from the University of Westminster and a Masters degree in social psychology from the London School of Economics.
